We are running our Wine Fundraiser again this year, in collaboration with hockey dad Bill Mason from Regional Wine and Beverage Merchants (RWBM) and in association with Jirra at Jeir Station Wines.
You can download the electronic form here. Please feel free to distribute this form via email/social media/etc. to people outside the club. A paper form is available on request (please email us).
You must order a minimum of 6 wines of your choice. Orders will be delivered to your training within 2 weeks of the order being submitted. You can make multiple orders throughout the fundraiser period, which ends on the 29th August 2016.
